The maximum age limit is 30 years

SC/ST candidates are eligible for 5
years of age relaxation as per the recruitment notification.
Work
Experience
Candidate should have min 2 years
experience in Bank or NBFC in Retail Assets/Liability Products.

The total Cost to Company (CTC) at
the time of joining is approximately ₹7.85 lakh per annum.

Eligible Junior Officers posted in
the Delhi, Mumbai and Pune regions may also be eligible for a special allowance
of ₹10,000 per month after three months of active service, subject to the
applicable performance review.
The special allowance for Ahmedabad region is ₹5,000 per month as per the
prescribed conditions.
Terms
of Employment
The Junior Officer / Business
Promotion Officer post is initially offered on a 3 year contract.
The contract is renewable subject to performance evaluation and business
requirements of Bank.
After that, the high performing employees may be considered for regular
employment as Assistant Manager (Scale I). But such regular employment is not
automatic and will be subject to the prevailing rules and discretion of the
Bank.
